AQUA POWER

A full body workout using water resistance to improve endurance and strength with minimal stress to the body.  No swimming experience necessary. All levels welcome.

BOLLY X

Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography and intensive workouts with the hottest music from around the world. High and low-intensity dance sequences deliver cardio that gets you moving, sweating, and, most importantly, motivated all at the same time.

CARDIO STRENGTH

Military-style cardio drills and strength training exercises for a challenging total body workout. Emphasis will be on core strength focusing on proper alignment and posture while performing exercises. Burn calories, develop strong/lean muscles. All levels welcome.

CONDITIONING / SCULPT ‘N TONE

A sport oriented workout alternating no frills aerobic drills with total body conditioning using weights, body bars and manual resistance to develop sleek legs, tight abs and a strong, toned upper body. The ultimate fat burner! All levels welcome.

CARDIO LATIN DANCE

This fun & energetic workout will combine elements of Latin Dance such as salsa & cha cha with basic aerobic movement. Come move to the beat & burn mega calories!

CORE & MORE / CORE STRENGTH

This full body workout will achieve maximum results focusing on creating long lean muscle tone through intense repetitive strength training movements. The exercises focus on key areas such as lower body, waist, & abdominals.

CYCLING – 45 min. / EXPRESS CYCLING – 30 min./CYCLING BOOT CAMP

Simulated cycling on an adjustable, stationary bicycle set to music. A great calorie burner. All levels welcome. (If you are attending class for the first time arrive early for assistance with bike set up.) Boot camp session includes weights and drills.

HATHA YOGA / YOGA GOLD

Uses physical postures, breathing practices, relaxation and meditation to harmonize body, mind and spirit. All levels welcome.

POWER YOGA

This class is designed to strengthen, lengthen & tone through specific Yoga poses that will emphasize core conditioning.

VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. This style is sometimes also called flow yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.

TURBO KICK

Ultimate cardio kickboxing & body sculpting dance moves. High intensity, fast paced & addicting.

KICKBOXING / RED WARRIOR

An aerobic class combining basic martial art techniques with boxing & boot camp fundamentals for a powerful workout. All levels welcome.

PILATES SCULPT / PILATES FUSION / PILATES BOOT CAMP

These classes combine strength, flexibility and balance. Weights and agility balls will be used in some classes. Pilates workout is based on the work of Joseph Pilates. All levels welcome.

INSANITY

Total Body Conditioning based on the principles of MAX Interval Training… no equipment needed…you will get into the best shape of your life! All levels welcome.

ULTIMATE TOTAL FITNESS

This class is designed for all fitness levels. A combination of step, weights and resistance bands will be incorporated in the workout. Students will achieve the benefits of a cardio workout while increasing stamina and building long & lean muscle tone.

STEP ‘N SCULPT

This class combines step aerobics and strength training exercises for a total body workout. All levels welcome.

YOGA BLEND

Graceful dance and yoga movements where students move through fluid dynamic postures and work to synchronize breath with movement. Enhances body awareness and promotes relaxation. All levels welcome.
